Airline Ticket Services Ltd
CAA Atol Licence No. 5279
What is an ATOL ?

An ATOL is an Air Travel Organisers License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) , This is necessary to protect clients traveling by Air.
Why is holding an ATOL important to us ?

Possession of an ATOL license allows us to sell packaged holidays and holiday services to our customers. This is a requirement from both the UK and the European Governments.
What do we have to do to keep our ATOL  ?

We have to pay an Air Passenger Contribution (APC) for every passenger that books a flight. In addition we have to submit audited accounts to confirm our financial stability and provide a bond.
Why should a customer check for an ATOL number ?

Financial Protection - should anything happen to the airline or tour operator before or whilst you are on holiday then the CAA will get you home if you are abroad or work to obtain you a refund. It also shows that the company is fully licensed with the required insurances for your protection.
